Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
  • Assist customers with transactions, including confirmations, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on best practices.
  • Handle account-related queries, such as registration, verification, and security measures.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction and build trust in our services.
  • Collect customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with the management team.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of an HND in a relevant field of study.
