About the Role:
Join Olot Art as a Customer Service Agent and engage with customers via Instagram DMs! You’ll provide exceptional support, answer FAQs, and help drive sales by offering discount codes. A learning pack will be provided to guide you through common queries, and you’ll have the flexibility to choose evening or weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally via Instagram DMs.
- Provide product information, service details, and order tracking updates.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support when necessary.
- Record and report customer feedback to improve service quality.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of customer service etiquette.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Patience and responsiveness to customer needs.
- Availability to work 2-4 hours daily, with flexible evening or weekend shifts.
