Job Title: Personal Assistant to the CEO
Location: Lagos
Salary Range: ₦300,000 – ₦500,000/month

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support the CEO in both administrative and household management. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks, from scheduling and travel coordination to family-related responsibilities. Proximity to Lagos Island and the ability to drive are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, draft emails, and prepare reports.
- Oversee household tasks, including domestic staff management and family-related errands.
- Coordinate events, logistics, and project management.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a PA/EA to senior executives.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.
- Calm, assertive, and proactive personality.
