Job Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Salary Range:
N100,000 – N150,000 per month.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in food service. The ideal candidate will be professional, customer-focused, and capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
- Provide customers with accurate and detailed product knowledge.
- Process orders and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in food service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on a shift schedule, including weekends.
- A customer-first mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Salary Range:
N100,000 – N150,000 per month.
