Job Description:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mobility sector by analyzing market trends, conducting research, and developing strategies to attract new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Assist in creating proposals and presentations for prospective mobility clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze existing client portfolios and recommend strategies for cross-selling and upselling financial products across the ecosystem and its value chain.
- Develop account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets, including negotiating and implementing contracts with key clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of key accounts.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics for key accounts to ensure business goals are met.
- Lead business origination, partnerships, and alliance initiatives to build capacity, empower teams, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
- Membership in a recognized professional organization is an added advantage.
