Job Description:
- Develop and maintain test plans and test cases for the bank’s mobility sector and related verticals’ technology solutions.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure the quality of software in the bank’s mobility sector and adjacent verticals.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on product functionality.
- Analyze test results, document findings, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and refining quality assurance processes to improve product reliability.
- Participate in project planning and review meetings to ensure quality is integrated at all stages of development.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating with end-users and stakeholders within the mobility ecosystem.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in quality assurance.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A recognized professional certification (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
