Job Summary:
We are recruiting a Customer Care Representative to join our client, a leading medical diagnostic center. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service to patients and visitors. This position involves managing appointments, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless patient experience from arrival to departure.

Salary: 100,000 Naira Net (Monthly)
Work Mode: Full Time, Onsite (Monday – Friday, Alternate Saturdays)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments accurately and manage calendars efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist patients with registration and check-in processes.
- Resolve patient concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain patient records with strict confidentiality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure patient needs are met.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Care Representative or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and practices is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
