Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, online chat, and other channels to provide consultation and support for financial products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions to drive sales conversions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Record and manage customer interaction details in the company’s CRM system.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
- Basic sales skills and a strong customer service orientation.
