Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Officer to deliver exceptional customer support and foster strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will manage inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Offer detailed information about products and services.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges, collaborating with relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions using CRM tools.
- Collect customer feedback to enhance services and products.
- Support sales and promotional initiatives by engaging with customers.
Requirements:
- HND or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or e-commerce.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
