Job Summary:
The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative, organizational, and communication support remotely to the CEO. This role involves managing emails, scheduling meetings, organizing files, conducting research, and performing other tasks to improve productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calendars, and appointments effectively.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records.
- Transcribe meetings and create summaries when needed.
- Respond to emails, messages, and inquiries professionally.
- Assist with client follow-ups and scheduling.
- Track deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Experience working remotely and managing virtual tasks is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent math and computational abilities.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative, practical solutions to complex challenges.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in a professional setting.
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and software.

Education:
- Higher National Diploma (Preferred)
