Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Degree in a related field
- Experience Level: Mid-level (3 years as an Admin Assistant)
- Working Hours: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Receive and sort post, answer calls, and take messages
- Welcome visitors, direct them appropriately, and maintain visitor logs
- Keep the reception, offices, and amenities tidy and presentable
- Take meeting notes, type letters, and write reports
- Manage calendars for the General Manager and others
- Handle stationary inventory and courier services (e.g., DHL)
- Maintain leave records and book flights
- Coordinate with departments for administrative tasks
- Visit bank branches for cheque deposits
- Perform other assigned administrative duties
