Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement market entry strategies for new business markets.
- Develop and manage account plans for top-tier customers, outlining a 3-year growth strategy and actionable steps.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with distributors and key clients to maximize value for Dangote Industries Limited.
- Identify and address challenges hindering growth, proposing innovative solutions for management approval.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and reviews to ensure client satisfaction with products/services.
- Perform Customer Journey Mapping to identify and improve customer experience opportunities.
- Plan and execute CRM strategies, follow up on new business opportunities, and communicate product developments to clients.
- Collaborate with other units to manage strategic customer data using CRM tools.
- Assess new business performance against objectives and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback on customer concerns to sales teams, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on customer relationship management activities to management.
