Job Overview
Our client, a prominent telecommunications company in Lagos, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at their Ikoyi office. The ideal candidate will manage administrative expenses, oversee property-related tasks, and ensure seamless coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Expense Management:
- Handle budgeting, reimbursement, auditing, and tracking of daily administrative expenses.
- Property Management:
- Oversee office premises, including maintenance, leasing agreements, and equipment management.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and property management companies to ensure smooth operations.
- General Administrative Support:
- Assist management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years in administrative expense and property management.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Logistics: Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Lagos before employment.
