As we gear up to launch multiple groundbreaking products in 2025, we need a Marketing & Content Coordinator—a strategic executor who can drive digital marketing, email campaigns, and creative coordination to fuel our next big push.
This isn’t a role for beginners, virtual assistants, or customer service reps. If you can’t execute at a high level from day one, this isn’t for you.
What You’ll Do
- Email Marketing – Drive upsells, customer retention, and engagement via EDMs and SMS.
- Creative Coordination – Work with designers and videographers to craft high-impact marketing campaigns focused on convenience and sustainability.
- Social and UGC Strategy – Light social post scheduling and brainstorming viral UGC content ideas.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Email Marketing Skills – Mailchimp or Klaviyo expertise with 20 percent or higher open rates and a 3 percent or higher click-through rate (proof required).
- Creative Campaign Execution – Experience briefing designers and videographers and delivering sales-driven campaigns.
- Impact-Driven Mindset – A results-oriented thinker focused on growth.
- Resourcefulness – Ability to deliver results with lean budgets, such as turning $200 into $2,000 in revenue.
- Passion for Sustainability and Technology – Strong alignment with Volta’s mission.
- Preferred Experience – Social media or content marketing experience, including increasing engagement or scripting UGC campaigns.
Test Task (Mandatory to Apply)
Write a 200-word marketing email selling a $65 Volta MAX Cable and 65W adapter bundle (valued at $110, shipping in April). The email should be urgent, compelling, and conversion-focused.
