Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, applicants must:
- Be registered full-time undergraduates in Nigerian tertiary institutions.
- Be certified 100-level students at the time of application.
Ineligible Applicants:
The following categories of students should not apply:
- 200-level students and above
- Current beneficiaries of similar awards from other companies or agencies
- Dependents of Oando personnel
Scholarship Categories:
- Host/Transit Communities Merit Award – Exclusively for applicants from Oando’s Host/Transit Communities in Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, and Imo States.
- National Merit Award – Open to applicants from non-host/transit communities, studying Engineering, Geology, Geosciences, or Agricultural Sciences.

Important Notes:
- The Aptitude Test will be conducted at designated centers, which will be communicated to shortlisted candidates.
- Applicants must cover their transportation costs to and from the test centers.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the test.
- A minimum score of 50% in the Aptitude Test is required for further consideration.
- Test results for all candidates will be published on the notice boards at Oando locations.
