Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails to assist customers and resolve inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are effectively addressed.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Deliver a positive customer experience through professional and courteous communication.
- Stay calm under pressure and manage customer complaints effectively.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Patience, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Polite, organized, and confident in customer interactions.
- Comfortable using phones, computers, and messaging tools.
- Preference for candidates residing in or near Alimosho LGA.
