Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 per month

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support leadership in the Supply Chain industry. The ideal candidate must be skilled in multitasking, have excellent communication abilities, and possess experience in handling executive-level administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This role also requires flexibility for business travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and arrange business travel (domestic & international).
  • Correspondence Handling: Draft emails, reports, presentations, and business documents with a high level of professionalism.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in overseeing supply chain operations and project timelines.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information and executive communications professionally.
  • Meeting & Event Management: Organize internal and external meetings, record minutes, and ensure follow-ups on key action items.
  • Financial Administration: Manage budgets, track expenses, and process invoices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison between executives, clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct industry research, analyze market trends, and prepare executive summaries.
  • Travel Support: Accompany executives on business trips, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules and logistics.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Manager, preferably in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing industries.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for professional interactions with high-level stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to travel and effectively manage urgent tasks.
