Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. This role involves handling a range of administrative tasks, including record-keeping, scheduling, and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication: Answer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate employee files, customer records, and financial documents.
- Administrative Support: Prepare documents, schedule appointments, and arrange travel.
- Office Management: Order and manage office supplies, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Meeting Coordination: Plan meetings and events, including scheduling, catering, and logistics.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement administrative procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; a degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
