Job Objectives
The Executive Assistant will provide strategic, administrative, and operational support to the CEO and Executive Management Team. This role involves leading strategic initiatives and ensuring key business priorities are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Functions:
- Support and drive company-wide transformation and strategic initiatives while fostering key relationships across the organization.
- Assist in overseeing strategic business initiatives from development to execution under executive management guidance.
- Design and implement cross-functional systems and processes for scalable growth.
- Lead targeted process improvement initiatives, promoting a continuous improvement mindset.
- Maintain key operating mechanisms to support the CEO in driving business operations and strategy projects.
- Work with senior and mid-level leadership to ensure effective and timely execution of key business reviews.
- Collaborate with leadership to track, analyze, and report organizational performance periodically.
Administrative Functions:
- Manage and organize the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and correspondence.
- Assist the CEO with external engagements involving key stakeholders.
- Ensure the CEO has all necessary information for optimal productivity, including preparing and distributing meeting agendas.
- Monitor information flow, sometimes acting as a gatekeeper, ensuring the CEO’s timely involvement in critical projects and decision-making.
- Manage the meeting cadence for the Board of Directors and leadership team, ensuring effective use of time and achievement of objectives.
- Plan and lead company retreats and special events.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm.
- A Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage.
