Job Purpose
The Sales Data Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing data as outlined in the Contact Strategy, ensuring accurate reporting from both internal and external sources. The role requires maintaining high standards of data alignment across multiple systems, including Salesforce, POC EYE, DMS, CIC, and SAP, while meeting agreed service levels for business unit (BU) information.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high standards and accuracy in data reporting.
- Utilize analytical tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel for data insights.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage data across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
