About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a Hospitality Management and Consulting Company. The ideal candidate will have experience as an EA, strong technological proficiency, and expertise in social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones
- Handle correspondence, draft emails, and efficiently manage inboxes
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Utilize productivity tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Asana, and other project management software
- Set up and manage virtual meetings via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet
- Implement automation tools to improve workflow efficiency
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Support the executive with both business and personal projects
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of three years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in digital tools, calendar management, and automation software
- Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with various social platforms and digital trends
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Initiative: Ability to anticipate needs and work with minimal supervision
- C-suite Experience: Prior experience supporting senior executives
- AI Tools: Familiarity with AI-powered tools for task automation
Location
Lekki, Lagos. Only candidates residing on the island will be considered.
Compensation
N200,000 – N300,000 per month
