HR Assistant (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
  • Onboarding: Prepare necessary documents, coordinate orientation sessions, and ensure paperwork completion.
  • HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats.
  • Employee Support: Address inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Scheduling: Organize interviews, meetings, and HR-related events.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits programs and employee inquiries.
  • Document Preparation: Draft offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documents.
  • Offboarding: Coordinate exit interviews and offboarding tasks.
  • General HR Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years in an administrative or HR-related role (internships included).
  • Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • HR Systems: Experience with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
