Job Summary
Priority Group Services is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department with administrative and HR-related tasks. This role involves assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
- Onboarding: Prepare necessary documents, coordinate orientation sessions, and ensure paperwork completion.
- HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats.
- Employee Support: Address inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Scheduling: Organize interviews, meetings, and HR-related events.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits programs and employee inquiries.
- Document Preparation: Draft offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documents.
- Offboarding: Coordinate exit interviews and offboarding tasks.
- General HR Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years in an administrative or HR-related role (internships included).
- Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- HR Systems: Experience with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Compensation
