Job Overview
Loubby AI is seeking a People Operations Specialist to enhance employee experience, improve operational efficiency, and foster a positive workplace culture. This role focuses on engagement strategies, internal processes, and tools that support employees—without managing traditional HR tasks like recruitment, payroll, or compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and events.
- Optimize internal tools, workflows, and operational processes to boost efficiency.
- Serve as the main contact for employee inquiries regarding tools, resources, and policies.
- Implement employee feedback programs to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Manage HR technology and people-related platforms for seamless access to information.
- Support internal communication strategies to strengthen team alignment and engagement.
- Partner with leadership to reinforce a positive company culture and employee experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in People Operations, Employee Engagement, or a similar role.
- Strong skills in process improvement, workflow optimization, and employee experience enhancement.
- Proficiency in HR tech tools, collaboration platforms, and workflow automation software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience working with a remote or distributed team.
- Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and workplace productivity tools.
- Background in culture-building initiatives and internal communication strategies.
