Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations & Customer Service Officer to ensure smooth transaction processing, reconciliation, and top-tier customer service. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting operational processes to drive efficiency while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: HND/BSc in a relevant field
  • Experience Level: Entry Level
  • Experience Length: Minimum of 2 years

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Compliance

  • Implement and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements (e.g., CBN, NDIC).
  • Accurately process customer transactions, including transfers (intra & inter-bank) and loan disbursements.
  • Perform daily transaction reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of transactions and generate required reports.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and error-free account reconciliation.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members on operational processes and systems.
