This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, supporting HR and Finance departments, and ensuring smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily administrative tasks, including document organization, meeting scheduling, and office supplies management.
- Assist the HR and Finance departments with paperwork and processing tasks.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and other activities.
- Greet and manage visiting guests at the reception.
Requirements:
- A Diploma in a relevant field.
- Less than 1 year of administrative work experience (entry-level candidates are welcome).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail, patience, and the ability to multitask effectively.
