Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Supervisor to lead and manage our customer service team. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback while maintaining strong customer relationships and improving overall satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
- Team Supervision & Management:
- Oversee the customer service team to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Train, guide, and mentor customer service representatives to enhance their performance.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor customer service metrics and implement strategies to enhance service quality.
- Process Optimization:
- Analyze customer service processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement changes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on team performance.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related management role. Experience in multinational companies or overseas markets is a plus.
- Proficiency in using customer service management systems and tools.
- Strong team management and data analysis capabilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
