1. Analyst – Business Analysis (BA) Change Management and Control Design

  • Job Type: Full Time

Mission:
To support revenue assurance functions by minimizing revenue loss from daily operations and identifying potential revenue leakage.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly audit the wholesale billing system to ensure tariff table accuracy.
  • Analyze billing data, rate plans, and identify areas of revenue leakage.
  • Conduct audits of network operations and information systems to ensure data completeness.
  • Analyze and report on revenues (NR, MVNOs, and other streams).
  • Provide revenue trend insights and automate revenue reporting.
  • Document and resolve billing issues through root cause analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and conduct risk assessments.

Education:

  • First Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Software Development, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

2. Team Leader – Transmission Access Planning LSW

Mission:
To oversee the planning, design, and optimization of transmission and optical transport networks (microwave and fiber links) and manage capacity for the access network segment within the assigned region.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Transmission Access Planning Engineers.
  • Oversee microwave link engineering design using Pathloss planning tools.
  • Plan and design fiber infrastructure routes using Google Earth and AutoCAD.
  • Produce detailed integration and IPDCN plans for optical multiplexers and aggregation nodes.
  • Ensure synchronization plans for last-mile links/sites are issued.
  • Optimize IP networking plans and manage IP clusters.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of microwave frequency channels and IP-compatible nodes.
  • Provide transmission engineering support and resolve transmission failures.
  • Conduct LOS surveys and TSS for new and existing BTS sites and enterprise client locations.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports to support capacity planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with incident management processes from initiation to closure.
  • Drive the efficiency of incident management processes with resolver teams.
  • Execute service recovery steps as per the Major Incident (MI) checklist.
  • Provide updates during the MI recovery window and document all actions taken.
  • Ensure incidents are resolved within SLAs/OLAs and escalate as necessary.
  • Create and link known error articles to reduce MTTR (Mean Time to Resolution).
  • Reduce Severity 3 and Severity 4 incidents through LEAN principles.
  • Conduct incident War-Rooms/Technical Bridges for major incidents.
  • Verify incident resolution with end-users and ensure proper closure.
  • Train and coach Service Desk and technical teams on incident management processes.
  • Engage third-party vendors for service recovery when necessary.
