Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ibadan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer complaints, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective complaint resolution processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient handling of customer complaints through various channels.
- Investigate and analyze complaints to identify root causes and patterns.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Continuously review and improve the complaint management process for efficiency.
- Implement strategies to prevent recurring issues and streamline resolution procedures.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address systemic problems.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory concerns.
- Develop and maintain detailed reports on complaint trends, resolutions, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in complaint management within the banking or financial industry.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and services.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to complaint management.
- Experience in Fintech or banking with a focus on customer complaint management and regulatory compliance.
