Responsibilities
- Assist the leadership team in developing and executing strategic plans.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and drive growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
- Participate in training and development programs to strengthen leadership and professional skills.
Requirements & Skills
- Recent STEM graduate (not more than 25 years old).
- Minimum GPA of 3.5 or equivalent.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
