Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented NYSC intern to join our Customer Service team. This role provides hands-on experience in customer relations, problem-solving, and digital communication within a dynamic tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Assist in developing and improving customer service policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Must be currently serving in the NYSC program (preferably based in Lagos with proximity to Ikoyi).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (a plus).
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with a strong willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
