Centerville Office Support Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Intake Specialist to assist clients applying for Social Security Disability (SSDI/SSI) and other benefits. In this role, you will gather critical client information, assess claim viability, and ensure a seamless intake process. Strong communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to guide clients through legal procedures are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed client interviews to collect legal and medical information.
  • Accurately input and manage client data in Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to evaluate case potential and assign cases.
  • Assist clients with documentation and signatures.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.
  • Provide clear, compassionate guidance on next steps in the claims process.
  • Organize and maintain case files and supporting documents.
  • Follow office policies and compliance protocols.
  • Support the legal team with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

Mandatory:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Mass Communication, English, or related field (minimum 2:1 required).
