Job Summary
Centerville Office Support Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Intake Specialist to assist clients applying for Social Security Disability (SSDI/SSI) and other benefits. In this role, you will gather critical client information, assess claim viability, and ensure a seamless intake process. Strong communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to guide clients through legal procedures are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed client interviews to collect legal and medical information.
- Accurately input and manage client data in Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with attorneys to evaluate case potential and assign cases.
- Assist clients with documentation and signatures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.
- Provide clear, compassionate guidance on next steps in the claims process.
- Organize and maintain case files and supporting documents.
- Follow office policies and compliance protocols.
- Support the legal team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
Mandatory:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Mass Communication, English, or related field (minimum 2:1 required).
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills).
- Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Reliability: Strong sense of accountability and dependability.
- Organization: Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
- Tech Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Work Setup: Must have:
- A reliable business-grade laptop.
- Stable power supply (inverter/generator).
- Strong, consistent internet connection.
- Location & Schedule:
- Must reside in Abuja.
- Available to work 2 PM – 11 PM (WAT).
- Willing to transition to in-office work (CBD, Abuja) after initial remote period.
Preferred (but not required):
- Prior experience as an intake specialist in a legal setting.
- Knowledge of Social Security Disability claims processes.
- Customer service or call center experience in a professional environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
