Job Summary:
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist clients with technical logistics-related inquiries. The ideal candidate should have strong customer support experience and live near Amuwo Odofin for prompt response times.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding logistics services.
- Assist clients in tracking shipments and managing deliveries.
- Troubleshoot service issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution.
- Collect and report customer feedback to enhance service quality.
- Support junior representatives to ensure high service standards.
Requirements:
- Degree qualification.
- Entry-level position (No experience required, but preferred).
- Prior customer support experience, ideally in logistics or supply chain.
- Proficiency in help desk software and logistics management tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Must live near Balogun, Lagos Island, or Trade Fair for easy access.
